About this piece
Blush silk with a quiet sheen, Chelsea After Dark crop top is soft on the skin, fitted to the silhouette but easy to move in. Hand-worked in batik: the leaf is painted, then waxed by hand so color can be bathed around it. All colors are applied before cutting and sewing begin, then matched across the panels as the piece comes together.
Worn with the mini skirt, the silhouette is clean and deliberate. Worn separately, each piece settles into a wardrobe like it was always yours.
Each piece is hand-dyed, so slight variation is the mark of the maker, not a flaw.
